Question | How long do you keep my finished product for?

Your finished product will be stored on our servers for a guaranteed minimum of 3 years, so you are free to order or request more copies within this time. We aim to keep your finished product for as long as possible to ensure you can have access to it whenever you need.

Question | Do you keep my raw footage and pictures?

Your raw material will be stored on our servers for a guaranteed 1 year, however we aim to keep them for as long as we can.

Question | What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, cheque and BACS payments. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any card payments at this time. All cheques should be made to PureVision Productions Ltd, and ensured that they are signed and dated. If paying by cheque as a deposit, we must allow up to 7 days for this cheque to clear with the bank.

Question | Do we need to pay a deposit if booking your services?

A deposit may or may not be required, it will only depend on which service you are booking for. This will be mentioned to your at your time of enquiry, however please just ask us at anytime, stating which service your are requiring.

Wedding Services

All of our wedding services will require an initial deposit to ensure your booking on your specific day. This deposit is to the value of £100, any later payments will be clearly explained to you within the Terms and Conditions Contract supplied to you at the time of booking.

Question | How far are you willing to travel to cater for our event/requirements?

We mainly operate in the Cambridgeshire area, however we are willing to travel further afield. If your event location is within 20 miles of Huntingdon, travel costs are already included in the price you see on our Website. If you require us to go further, a small travel cost will be needed, and this will depend on the location you ask us to go, so please enquire upon your request. Please see the map below for areas that cover our free 20 mile radius work space.
